Business Application Analyst - Clinical
Honolulu, HI
Full-time | Day Shift (8 Hours)
$101,982 - $127,483/year
Join a leading healthcare organization in Hawaii that's transforming patient care through technology. As a Business Application Analyst on the EMR Inpatient team, you'll support and maintain electronic medical records across inpatient hospitals, helping improve workflows and outcomes for clinical teams.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a liaison between clinical users and vendors, and contribute to the development and optimization of healthcare systems.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 2 application support to clinical departments.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, vendors, and IT.
  • Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain automated system applications.
  • Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs.

What You'll Bring

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field - or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in functional analysis, system design, or business applications.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting healthcare information systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow analysis and implementation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
