What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 2 application support to clinical departments.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, vendors, and IT.
- Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain automated system applications.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs.
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in functional analysis, system design, or business applications.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting healthcare information systems.
- Familiarity with workflow analysis and implementation.
