Position Overview: Our Investment Technology client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile environments. This role involves significant interaction with business stakeholders and requires the ability to drive priorities across teams effectively. The team focuses on building technology related to investment strategies and collaborates with core functional groups such as Marketing, HR, and Legal/Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Coaching and Best Practices: Teach and implement Agile best practices, ensuring effective use of Jira and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain high face time with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of Business Analysts (BAs) responsible for ticket creation.

  • Project Management: Allocate 25% of the role to project management tasks, including creating roadmaps, communicating with senior leadership, and managing project risks and accomplishments.

  • Data Integration Projects: Lead projects involving heavy credit data integrations and private tech builds, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in the Asset Management industry or other highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare.

  • Jira Proficiency: Expertise in using Jira for managing and tracking project progress.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to overcommunicate and ensure clarity across teams.
