Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for restaurant locations, addressing hardware, network, and software-related issues. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and effective IT support to restaurant staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across restaurant locations.
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware, including PCs and workstations.
Configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops with Windows 10 operating systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings using Active Directory.
Provide guidance and training to staff on the use of IT systems and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.
Document and track support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of restaurant-specific technology systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems.
Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, imaging, and deployments.
Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
