Mechanical Manufacturing Technician

Schedule: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $31/hr.



Key Responsibilities:

• Improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.


• Support engineers with process design, testing, and implementation.


• Conduct product quality checks, analyze production data, and recommend improvements.


• Troubleshoot machinery and process issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards.


• Apply knowledge of tools, fasteners, and components to design and build functional items.


• Create technical drawings in SolidWorks; 3D printing knowledge not required but ability to design for it is helpful.


• Identify and order necessary parts and materials for projects.


• Design practical solutions, such as carts, holders, or fixtures, to support assembly and production tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.


• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks preferred).


• Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis.


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.


• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
