Overview
A growing multi-site organization is seeking a senior technology leader to unify and modernize enterprise systems, data strategy, and cybersecurity across multiple U.S. business units. This role will architect and oversee a cohesive IT and systems integration roadmap that enhances operational visibility, scalability, and compliance readiness, while aligning technology initiatives with long-term business growth and private investment objectives.


Role Summary
The Director of IT & Systems Integration will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive technology framework spanning ERP, CRM, data management, and cybersecurity systems. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide IT and cybersecurity vision aligned with business priorities.

  • Lead assessments and standardization efforts across core business platforms, ensuring seamless integration between operations, finance, and reporting.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, governance, and organizational design for technology teams across multiple sites.

  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and performance.

  • Drive data consolidation and reporting enhancements to improve executive decision-making and transparency.

  • Establish scalable frameworks for system interoperability, data warehousing, and analytics.

  • Implement security controls, policies, and response protocols to safeguard digital assets and maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Provide strategic counsel to executive stakeholders on technology risk, performance, and transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams, operational heads, and investment partners to enable business growth through technology-driven solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (advanced credentials preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise-level system integration and cybersecurity oversight.

  • Background in multi-location or high-volume operational environments (e.g., production, service, or customer-facing industries).

  • Proven success leading complex data and system modernization projects.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based and ERP/CRM environments, API integrations, and scalable architectures.

  • Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and vendor ecosystems.

  • Executive presence with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology outcomes.
