Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Business Training and Communication Specialist, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana

Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules

Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities

Communication and Education:

Develop clear and effective communication strategies to promote training programs and initiatives

Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on best practices and new features of SAP S4 Hana systems

Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, address any questions or concerns related to SAP S4 Hana systems

Super User and Trainer Experience:

Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert insights and practical knowledge

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying

Proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials

Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing learning modules

Familiarity with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $55,000 or the hourly equivalent.
