Title- Telecom Test Specialist
Location- Plano, TX/ Atlanta, GA/ Chicago, IL - Hybrid (3 Days/Week)
Type- Contract
Duration- 12+ Months

Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Telecom Test Specialist with a strong background in telecom workflows and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of domain experience, preferably with knowledge of Amdocs products, and should be comfortable working in a client-facing role, coordinating with multiple vendors and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to review design documents and ensure complete test coverage.
Conduct functional demos and clarify technical aspects of changes to cross-functional teams.
Serve as the technical interface for issue resolution, driving closure and ensuring quality outcomes.
Support testing efficiency initiatives, including test optimization and reusability.
Participate in Agile/DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices as needed.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in the telecom domain as a tester, developer, or QA lead.
Strong understanding of telecom workflows (e.g., order-to-activate, billing, product catalog, provisioning).
Proficient in testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, and automation platforms.
Exposure to automation frameworks is an advantage.
Experience in defect management and coordination across teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and multi-vendor coordination skills.
Willingness to work from office and flexible to support extended hours/weekends as required.
