Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $22.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Multimedia Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Work as a service desk analyst to process multimedia requests such as Audio and Video Conferences/events.
Resolve Audio Conference (AC), Video Conference (VC) and Zoom booking issues.
Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients.
Set up, monitor and manage audio & video conferences remotely and onsite.
Process email and ticket requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
Act as an audio conference operator for high profile Operator Assisted calls.
Act as an event coordinator for high profile Zoom Corporate/Roadshow events.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for AV infrastructure
V.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
a.Basic Qualifications
I.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
II.Strong analytical skills and quality conscious.
III.Ability to adapt to new programs and applications.
IV.Technically strong on the Audio and Video equipment & technology.
V.Experience of working in a "hands on" role with Audio Visual products and Cloud Conferencing (Zoom).
VI.Works well under pressure.
VII.Portrays the highest level of professionalism.
VIII.Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, upgrade and removal.
IX.Ability to have sound judgment in prioritizing tasks accordingly. Must be multi-task oriented.
X.Works well within a team and with clients at all levels.
XI.Complies with given standards, policies and procedures.
b.Preferred Qualifications
I.The use of software based web application programs such as Zoom, WebEx, Teams, and Service Now.
II.Experience operating and troubleshooting on a variety of multimedia /audiovisual hardware and software for at least 2 years.
