Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with strong Salesforce expertise to lead and coordinate Salesforce-related initiatives across various business units. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce projects and must be comfortable working during USA time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set milestones.

  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, business analysts, and QA.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within scope and budget.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment.

  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects.

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be available to work during USA time zones (EST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, PMP).

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier).
