Rate : $75/h on c2c

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Verification Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in software quality assurance and system validation, particularly within embedded systems and automotive technologies.
As a Development Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for validating vehicle software systems, ensuring they meet functional, performance, and reliability standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, develop test strategies, execute test cases, and drive continuous improvement in validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end system validation of vehicle software in context of Connectivity, Access Control System and CCC Digital Key.
Review software requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability.
Develop comprehensive test plans outlining objectives, scope, resources, and schedules.
Design and implement detailed automated test cases covering functionality, integration, regression, performance, reliability, and stability.
Execute test cases, document results, and identify defects or deviations from expected behavior.
Continuously improve validation processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready software.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with wireless technologies such as BLE, UWB, and NFC.
Familiarity with automotive communication protocols including DoIP, UDS, LIN, and CAN.
Strong understanding of networking protocols including Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, and GPS.
Solid grasp of security concepts such as Mutual TLS, VPN, 802.1x, and PKI.
Proficiency in programming/scripting for automation
Experience in building test infrastructure and automated testing frameworks.
Skilled in detailed issue documentation and collaboration with development teams for resolution.
Passion for embedded systems testing and quality assurance.
Ability to write and maintain test cases and test plans.
Experience with automation and stress testing tools.
Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
