Customer Support / Call Center ACH Specialist

Avanciers looking for a Customer Support / Call Center ACH Specialist to join our team in Richardson, TX.

In this role, you ll be a key player in guiding our enterprise customers through a major transition: moving from credit card payments to ACH. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise customers, assisting them with their transition to ACH payments.

  • Manage a structured migration plan, ensuring a seamless and disruption-free process for our customers.

  • Clearly explain the benefits of ACH and provide step-by-step guidance to help customers get onboarded.

  • Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Track and report on ACH adoption progress, contributing to our overall success and future strategy.
