As a Consult Partner, you won't just advise; you'll lead. You'll be instrumental in guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, translating intricate business and IT challenges into strategic change agendas. This role demands a strong executive presence, deep industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-suite leaders within our most significant client organizations.


You will have end-to-end ownership, from identifying and winning new business to overseeing the flawless delivery of high-value transformations. This often involves navigating pre- and post-deal environments, meticulously planning implementations, and supporting execution that impacts the entire client ecosystem. Your leadership will directly contribute to profitable growth, foster talent development, and champion innovation.

responsibilities:


  • Drive Profitable Growth: Achieve ambitious signings and revenue targets, manage margin expectations, and expand our backlog. You'll proactively identify, pursue, and convert a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, expertly scoping engagements and negotiating fees while ensuring profitability and mitigating risk.
  • Forge CXO-Level Client Relationships: Become the "go-to" trusted advisor for senior executives. You'll lead high-stakes C-level client interactions, spearhead consulting initiatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional outputs that enhance client satisfaction and secure valuable client references.
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Design and oversee the delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance, client satisfaction, and achieving individual and team utilization targets.
  • Champion Strategic Contribution: Leverage your deep industry and technology expertise to shape and execute strategic initiatives, driving external eminence, thought leadership, and innovation that elevates both your personal brand and our organization's standing.
  • Inspire and Develop Teams: Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and commercial focus within your teams, ensuring all outcomes are value-adding and effectively executed.
