SAP PEO Solution Architect
Job Title: SAP PEO Solution Architect
Location: Remote (with initial short-term travel to Israel)
Engagement: Part-time (up to 50%) | Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP PEO (Production Engineering and Operations)
- Act as the solution owner across all PEO-related business processes
- Design and integrate SAP PEO with core SAP modules and PLM/Manufacturing systems
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and document solution architecture
- Provide guidance to functional consultants and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with aerospace/aircraft industry standards (if applicable)
Requirements:
- 12+ years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
- 2+ full lifecycle implementations as SAP Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience with SAP PEO module
- Strong knowledge of integration with PP, QM, PLM, and MES
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in aircraft manufacturing is highly preferred
- US or Western Europe nationality required
- Willingness to travel to Israel for short durations

- 6 8 years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience
- 2+ end-to-end implementations involving SAP PEO
- Expertise in configuration and integration of SAP PEO with core modules
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Prior aerospace or manufacturing domain experience preferred
- Must be from US or Western Europe
- Clean professional background and willingness to travel
