Job Details
The E-Commerce Product Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and business value delivery of our 3rd party e-commerce platform. This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the vendor, and technical teams to ensure the platform meets organizational objectives.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 25% of the time for vendor meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms and digital commerce strategies
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party applications
- Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Previous experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Product Management or Business Analysis certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, PMP, CBAP)
SKILLS
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, trends, and competitive landscape
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
- Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and user experience principles
