- Python Programming (2-3 years minimum):
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and engineering tasks.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Scripting & ML Infrastructure:
- Expertise in automated/manual scripting for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with Jupyter notebooks and integrating machine learning into infrastructure workflows.
- Open-Source Collaboration & Model Training:
- Proven ability to run collaborative projects.
- Experience with public domain models and training open-source models (e.g., Gemma).
- Education: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field. PhD strongly preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years in Python programming, ML/AI, and prompt engineering.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English writing and communication.
- Technical Skills:
- Python (mandatory)
- Machine Learning / AI frameworks
- Prompt engineering for GenAI
- Familiarity with open-source model training and deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
- Passion for innovation and open-source contributions.
