Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support product development by leveraging data to generate insights, track performance, and make recommendations that enhance product strategy and user experience. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to help build and optimize products that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings and product performance.

  • Support A/B testing efforts and provide statistical analysis of results.

  • Translate business questions into data analysis and actionable insights.

  • Participate in user research and feedback sessions to inform product decisions.

  • Help prioritize features based on data, user needs, and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in a product analyst, or similar data-driven role.

  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.

  • Strong understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
