  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and program teams to meet project goals

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency with RTL design (VHDL/Verilog) and Xilinx Vivado tools
  • Experience with embedded system programming (C/C++) and real-time OS (RTOS/Linux)
  • Strong knowledge of PCB design and electronics manufacturing standards
  • Familiarity with FPGA communication protocols and high-speed interfaces
  • Comfortable working hands-on with hardware testing and debugging
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for field integration and test support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with soldering and PCB rework to IPC standards
  • Background in missile systems or avionics design
  • Previous work with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments
  • Field testing experience at missile or weapon system test ranges
  • Implementation of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., PCIe)
  • LabVIEW programming for test and automation
