Public Sector Marketing Manager
Introduction:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced B2B Public Sector Partner Marketer to join our team and work closely with a large enterprise technology client. This role involves collaborating with technology partners and public sector organizations to drive demand generation, GTM strategies, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the public sector and experience with AI or tech companies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute public sector partner and co-marketing programs
- Support GTM strategies and drive demand generation initiatives
- Generate pipeline and revenue through partner-led marketing efforts
- Manage and execute events, campaigns, and partner activations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and ISVs
- Collaborate with sales teams, C-suite executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Act as a client-facing marketer supporting enterprise accounts
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data visualization tools
- Optimize partner programs based on performance metrics and insights
- Improve partner experience across federal, state, local, NGO, and non-profit sectors
- Manage timelines and deliverables using project management tools
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, co-marketing, or sales/channel marketing
- Experience working with public sector clients and partners (Federal, State, Local, NGO, Non-profit)
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals and driving revenue growth
- Experience in technology partner marketing, AI/tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in demand generation, GTM strategy, and event management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience nurturing ISV partnerships, preferably in the AI space
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Miro, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Airtable, SharePoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with audience and analytics tools (ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6Sense, Bombora)
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation
