UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for a remote position. Must reside in EST zone, active LinkedIn preferred. The right candidate will oversee the EDA Remediation Project throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience overseeing large-scale, complex projects, comprised of multiple deliverables and/or phases.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience serving as the issuing entity for project status, meetings, reporting requirements, and scope changes.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing project timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed according to scheduled milestones and project plans.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Techniques, including SCRUM, Agile development methodologies, and sprint delivery.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Manage the EDA remediation project throughout the entire software development lifecycle, providing direction for project teams and monitoring the progress of deliverables and tasks to the prescribed schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project management plans and oversee their execution.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of project initiatives.
- Facilitate the definition of detailed project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring appropriate allocation of personnel and materials.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and systems.
- Provide management reporting and ensure consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying problems and recommending solutions.
- Participate in the review of project artifacts including technical requirements, user experience design, architecture, testing, and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate efforts across business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to deliver applications on time and within specifications.
- Develop and apply quality assurance metrics to measure project outputs.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired results.
