Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst 3 with 8 11+ years of experience to support multiple web-based applications and systems within the healthcare and human services domain. The role will involve working on development, production support, batch jobs, and enhancements for key applications including CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges.

This is a senior-level role requiring strong .NET and Java experience, along with expertise in Oracle databases and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and have experience in Agile environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide development and production support for web applications across .NET and Java platforms

  • Maintain and enhance existing applications including CDC I-Billing and CCAC

  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues

  • Develop reports using Business Objects or Crystal Reports

  • Support batch job processes and perform regular upgrades as needed

  • Document processes including navigation, data storage, retrieval, and manipulation

  • Use DevSecOps tools and Agile methodologies for development and version control


Required Skills:

  • .NET Framework 4.8 with C#

  • Java (Web Development)

  • PL/SQL

  • Oracle Database

  • JavaScript

  • Business Objects / Crystal Reports

  • Batch Job Management

  • DevSecOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps GIT)


Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting government or healthcare projects

  • Familiarity with Childcare and Billing systems (CDC I-Billing, CCAC)
