Role: Technical Program Manager / Business System Analyst M&A Integration
Location: Santa Clara, CA / Roseville, CA (Hybrid) FTE / Direct-Hire
Salary: Market/Flexible (DOE as per BA / BSA / PM / TPM experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Technical Program/Project Manager (TPM) or Business System Analyst (BSA/BA) to lead the integration efforts between HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper Networks. This role will be instrumental in driving the post-acquisition integration roadmap, aligning business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution across systems, processes, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Governance Lead the integration program across HPE Aruba and Juniper, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines; Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, workstreams, and reporting cadence
- Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, product, and executive stakeholders; Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent communication across all levels of the organization
- Technical & Business Analysis Analyze and understand current and future state business processes, systems, and data flows; Identify integration points and dependencies across platforms
- Execution & Coordination Drive integration meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups; Maintain detailed program documentation, including meeting notes, risk logs, and decision registers
- Change Management & Communication Help execute change management plans to support adoption across teams; Create clear, concise communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
Skills / Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or business systems analysis, preferably in M&A or large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience in Networking, Cloud, or Enterprise IT environments; Strong understanding of complex systems integrations, Cloud migration, and enterprise platform consolidation (e.g., ERP, CRM, IT infrastructure); Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across technical and business domains.
- Preferred - Understanding of HPE Aruba, Juniper Networks, or similar enterprise networking product areas will be a big plus but not critical
- Familiarity with integration frameworks and post-merger playbooks,; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities;
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
