Job Description:

Position: Quality Administrator

Location: Piscataway, NJ (hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months contract position

Client: Direct-client

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects with tight deadlines, B.A. degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of business experience, preferably within the publishing or non-profit field.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet's, Excel, Word, Zendesk, Google Docs, and database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically proficient with a proactive mindset for problem-solving and providing business solution recommendations.
