Title: Network Lead
Location: South Carolina location
- Look for N/W Lead overall 12+ years
- Customer facing role, good understanding of ITIL, Incident, change management & SLA's..
- Network operations consisting of 24/7/365 support from Network Operations Center
- Support network related activities to support applications as well as network portions of DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP protocols.
- Maintain LAN and WLAN infrastructure and data center LAN infrastructure
- Plan and perform network platform upgrades and changes
