- technologies used: Oracle, Mobie, Power BI, SQL, PowerShell
- soft skills: excellent customer service, communication, respectful, professional, highly competent, can-do attitude, go getter, interested in growth and learning new things
- understand how to work w/older technology and learn new technology and work on upgrades and implementations
- able to create dashboards, databases, work with heavy data, report writing and scripting
- able to create new things, make processes more efficient, thinks outside the box, self-motivated, problem solve
- work well w/internal team, IT team (based out of state), and clientele
