Job Details
Role : HealthShare Operations Engineer
Location : Remote
What You Will Do:
- Incident and problem management, coordinating resolution of service disruptions
- Provide training and guidance related to emerging technologies within Intersystem technologies
- Coordinate and facilitate code deployments and configuration adjustments to the HIE HealthShare environment
- Work with the development team to ensure application requirements are understood and translated to support and operations teams.
- Review aspects of the HIE environment by analyzing requirements and ensuring that systems offer security and availability and will be effectively integrated with current applications
- Assess capacity and performance metrics, implement improvements
- Communicate and present eloquently with the appropriate audience perspective in mind
- Properly tune and design OS releases and patching to meet application requirements
- Reviews new and existing projects, system designs and plans while conducting research on emerging technologies to support changes in infrastructures.
- Consult with the technical leads of various project initiatives to identify integration requirements and priorities, oversee and ensure quality and operational standards
- Create professional documentation and technical diagrams.
Skills and Experience You Will Need:
Required:
- 4+ years of experience with Intersystem HealthShare application that integrates with numerous outside healthcare partners.
- Support and maintain the Intersystem HealthShare Information Exchange.
- Ensure that the developed services are interacting and communicating between interacting software applications as designed.
- Combine deep technical knowledge with leadership and coordination skills to ensure the operational success of large, complex projects.
- Work closely with our HealthShare development teams, QA teams, business relationship management, and the IT infrastructure groups to ensure a stable, reliable, performant HIE platform.
