The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $76,700.00 - $115,100.00.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States.
- Standard working hours align with the Eastern Time Zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.
- Design and customize workflows to align with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
ServiceNow Development
- Create and test ServiceNow forms, catalog items, and record producers.
- Develop custom UI policies, client scripts, and flows to support service catalog functionality.
- Enhance and update existing workflows, forms, and automation features.
- Write scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Gather and document requirements for enhancement requests.
- Evaluate proposed changes and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure clear communication of technical findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality
- Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- ServiceNow Administration experience
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- ServiceNow Forms/Catalog Item development experience
- JavaScript proficiency
