Manager is hiring off of phone 1 phone interview

5 openings for 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime
5 openings for 2nd shift - 4:00PM - 2:30AM PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime
5 openings for 3rd shift - 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday through Sunday, with possibility for Overtime

Must be clearable - can not start until Interim clearance is granted

Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.

Job Details:

What You'll Do:
* Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
* Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
* Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
* Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
* Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:
* Interim Secret is required to start. Supplier will be required to start interim clearance process at offer stage.
* Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
* Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
* Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
* High school diploma or GED required.
