Job Title: L1 Windows Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for Windows OS and desktop-related issues
Perform basic Windows administration and Active Directory tasks
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Identify and resolve basic network access and performance issues
Support Bitbar device and browser testing setup
Assist QA teams with Bitbar test execution, device access, and environment issues
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA
Skills Required:
Windows OS & desktop support experience
Basic Active Directory knowledge
Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Bitbar or similar testing platforms
Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
