Job Details

Job Title: L1 Windows Support Engineer

Experience: 3+ years
Location: Oak harbor/Perry,OH,Shippingport,PA
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for Windows OS and desktop-related issues

  • Perform basic Windows administration and Active Directory tasks

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)

  • Identify and resolve basic network access and performance issues

  • Support Bitbar device and browser testing setup

  • Assist QA teams with Bitbar test execution, device access, and environment issues

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools

  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA

Skills Required:

  • Windows OS & desktop support experience

  • Basic Active Directory knowledge

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting

  • Working knowledge of Bitbar or similar testing platforms

  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
