RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Project/Program Manager IV will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
* Oversees all aspects of projects/program
* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
* As a Project/Program Manager IV, you will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Day to Day:
* Assigned multiple programmatic design changes that they will be responsible for
* Ensuring cross functional stakeholder alignment of the change
* Evaluating the technical readiness of the change
* Communicating with leadership within the business
* General maintenance of PCM tools that they use to track their programs
REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
