Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale; complex programs, including cross-functional initiatives and multiple engagements. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering value through strong leadership, attention to detail, and proactive risk management

Key Responsibilities:

* Load the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs across multiple teams and vendors.

* Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.

* Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

* Manage communication across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on program progress, risks, and issues.

* Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports.

* Anticipate and mitigate risks; escalate issues and roadblocks as needed

* Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and reporting requirements

Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment that supports innovation and excellence.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computar science, Business, or a related field (Muster's preferred).

* 8* years of experience managing large, complex IT projects or programs.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong presentation skills

* Proven experience managing multiple vendors and third-party partners.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

* Proficiency in project/program management tools (JIRA).

* PMP. PGMP, or similar certification strongly preferred

* High level of emotional intelligence and Leadership presence.

Experience in Agile/hybrid project environments is a plus
