Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer, who is responsible for leveraging technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain technology solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • ITIL V4 certification is a plus
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus
  • 4 -6 years of experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ServiceNow, and ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Bash scripting
  • Experience with Service Mapping, Tag Governance, and Event Management

Responsibilities:

  • Leads in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selects appropriate platforms, integrates, and configures solutions
  • Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITOM solutions that align with business and IT strategies
  • Utilize Bash scripting and other tools to support integration and automation efforts
  • Maintain and govern the integrity of CMDB data and configuration item relationships
  • Implement and manage Tag Governance policies across the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor and fine-tune ServiceNow Event Management rules and alerts for effective incident response
