Job Details

Job Title: Help Desk Support Analyst (Junior)

Location: Coraopolis, PA 

Work Type: Hybrid or Remote (depending on shift)

Duration: 6 months contract w/ potential of extension or conversion 

Rate: 18.50/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and client support for Windows desktops/laptops, MacBooks, servers, and imaging services
  • Support retail technology (registers, pin pads, handheld PDT devices)
  • Perform basic user and application support (password resets via Active Directory, MFA, VPN connectivity)
  • Document issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
  • Write clear technical support reports and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication
  • De-escalate issues and remain calm under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Experience in desktop/client support (Windows, Mac, servers, imaging)
  • Retail technology support experience
  • Basic user/application support (Active Directory, MFA, VPN)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Education: Associate degree strongly recommended or equivalent technical support experience
