Remote - Immediate interviews for ServiceNow Developer with mobile app (Mobile Agent) experience - 12 months contract
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development, especially mobile app (Mobile Agent) and responsive solutions
Design and build complex ServiceNow workflows, modules, and UI policies with a mobile-first approach
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable mobile solutions
Customize and configure ServiceNow Mobile Agent, including mobile cards, layouts, notifications, and offline support for users
Integrate ServiceNow mobile features and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile performance, experience, and security
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for mobile and traditional projects
Stay current on new ServiceNow Mobile releases, features, and best practices
Preferred:
Experience implementing ServiceNow for field service, asset management, or mobile workforce management
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile users
Agile/Scrum development experience
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ServiceNow development experience
5+ years with ServiceNow Field Service Mobile Agent/mobile app development
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Mobile App Builder, and mobile card configuration
Proficient in designing and developing Field service mobile agent mobile changes
Proven experience in Field service mobile agent mobile online/offline mode implementation and troubleshooting
Skilled in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Mobile Implementation Specialist preferred
