RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead ERP Software Engineer. This position is hybrid and can be located in any of our major office locations, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Burlington, VT; Carmel, IN; Irvine, CA; Mission, KS; or North Hills, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in at least one ERP system, with a strong focus on the Nextworld platform.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of developers working exclusively on the Nextworld platform
* Collaborate with product partners to translate feature requests into highly functional ERP capabilities
* Break down feature requests into smaller tasks and allocate them efficiently among team members
* Continuously evaluate and optimize existing solutions to meet scaling needs and ensure optimal performance
* Stay updated on new capabilities and features introduced in the Nextworld ERP platform and incorporate them into ongoing projects
* Coordinate with other teams to allocate work based on expertise and streamline development processes
* Foster collaboration among team members located across different time zones to ensure a 24-hour development cycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field; The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as Master's degree and 4 years of experience, PhD and 1 year of experience, or 18 years of experience in a related field
* Extensive experience working with low-code ERP systems, with specialized expertise in at least one platform
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in Nextworld ERP platform is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
