Title:
Solution Architect

Duration: Full time

Location: Tampa Bay Region, FL

Required Experience: -

*) Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

*) Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in IT, with at least five years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications.

*) Extensive experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning.

*) Ability to develop software utilizing an object-oriented programming language, understand relational databases, create, update, and review functional and technical documents; and

*) Ability to develop test data, test scripts and execute comprehensive testing of integrated systems.

*) Experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.

*) In-depth knowledge of enterprise application platforms and cloud computing (A valid certification in Oracle Cloud systems is a plus).

*) Ability to use strategic planning to translate business goals into technology solutions.

*) Previous experience with migrating clients from Oracle ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud

*) Proven experience in SAAS Integration tools like Oracle Integration Tools (OIC) or other API Management platforms.

*) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization, and to influence people to achieve common goals.

*) Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and change management.

*) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

*) Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.

*) Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while demonstrating sound judgment and making timely, effective decisions.

Additional Plus:

*) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL service management best practices.

*) Proven experience working with project teams in an influential role to deliver

architecture solutions based on business requirements, technology standards, and service level agreements and approved funding.
