Role: Generative AI Azure Architect
Location: Houston TX Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
This role requires a blend of strategic advisory and deep technical expertise to guide enterprise customers through AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI transformations, with a critical focus on Azure AI services.
Core Responsibilities
Azure AI Architecture & Execution: Design and deliver scalable architectures for GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, emphasizing the Azure stack and platforms like Azure AI Foundry.
Context Engineering: Architect and orchestrate context-aware AI systems, building frameworks and pipelines that unify enterprise data (structured/unstructured) for accurate LLM/Agentic consumption.
Advanced AI Use Cases: Lead projects involving complex AI applications, such as using GenAI/Agentic AI to generate code (e.g., Spark SQL in Databricks) to drive data and application workflows.
Strategy & Advisory: Conduct AI maturity assessments, define technical roadmaps, perform gap analysis, and articulate the business value of context-aware AI to executive stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance: Define and implement robust guardrails, security policies, and enterprise governance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) for AI deployments.
Orchestration & Integration: Design and lead multi-agent system development (using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen) and integrate LLMs with vector databases and knowledge graphs.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML and enterprise architecture, with 3+ years in LLMs/GenAI platforms and orchestration.
Deep Azure Expertise: Proven ability to architect and implement solutions on the Azure platform, specifically with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
Key Skill: Demonstrated experience leading context engineering initiatives in large enterprises.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
