Title: Application Programmer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$45.27-$64.67/Hrs

Description
Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications supporting business units.
Participate in the design and implementation of complex applications using new technologies.
Provide technical direction and system architecture for initiatives.
Lead projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives.
Collaborate with external programmers for software application delivery.
Work under minimal supervision with general guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop application solutions across diverse platforms and technologies.
Design and implement complex applications.
Lead projects and manage project budgets.
Coordinate with external teams for software delivery.
Provide technical expertise and guidance.

Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant IT experience in software development lifecycle methodologies.
Strong experience in Java, web services, and database technologies.
Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware solutions.
Experience with test-driven development and unit testing.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).
