Product Manager
A top Fortune 50 financial client headquartered in Virginia is currently seeking a Product Manager to help lead the vision and roadmap for their customer experiences in Membership and Deposit Products. This is a high-impact role requiring a data-savvy, strategic thinker to help shape long-term product direction and deliver exceptional value to members.
About the Opportunity:
* Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite in Vienna, VA
* Full-time, standard business hours
Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
* Defining and driving product strategies, roadmaps, and feature initiatives based on customer insights and business goals
* Leading cross-functional efforts throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
* Partnering with Analysts and Marketing to align product features with data insights and member engagement strategies
* Prioritizing and refining product backlog items to align with strategic outcomes
* Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify future product opportunities
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience with Agile methodologies and working in iterative delivery environments
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to break down complex problems
* Familiarity with product lifecycle processes from concept to deployment
Desired Skills:
* Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience in the financial services or banking industry
* Understanding of technical process flows and member experience optimization
* Strategic mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
* Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centered design
