Deliverable Description

• Data gathering and analysis Review Remote workshop
• Site survey Onsite survey for 13 sites 2 Develop detailed design document client will provide Low Level Design documentation, provide written approval prior to client starting the next phase of this project
• Develop test plan Review and approve cutover/migration and rollback plan
• Staging of equipment Version upgrade and setting up of remote management to be done onsite
• Rack, stack, cable, install hw/sw to be done by client local resources
• Configure management server integration Configuration of Management server
• Configure HA Configure HA clusters for new firewalls (26 firewalls, 13 clusters)
• Configure/migration FW policy Migration of policies to firewalls
• Migration/cutover Migration tool will be used to assist with the rule's migration
• Migration/cutover testing 13 cutovers have been scoped, these are to be after-local-business hours' remote client security engineer, with local client resources onsite.
• Next day support 4 Hours per site of next business day support to be provided
• Handover/knowledge transfer As-built documentation to be provided
