We're Hiring: SuccessFactors Senior Business Analyst (US Remote)
Remote | 6+ Months W2 Contract

We re looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance our global SAP SuccessFactors environment.

What You ll Do:
Configure & maintain SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting/Onboarding, Learning, Perf/Goals, etc.)
Lead semiannual upgrades & regression testing
Drive process improvements and system enhancements
Provide production support and resolve escalated issues
Create reports and support data integration with BI/warehouse teams
Develop documentation, guidelines & training content

What You Bring:
2 4+ years HRIS experience (SuccessFactors focus)
Strong analytical skills & platform knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction
Experience with integrations (payroll, 3rd-party systems) nice to have
Bachelor s degree preferred
