Overview:
Client is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master or Project Lead to support the Power Apps team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams composed of both full-time employees and contractors
- Certified Scrum Master with experience applying Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with business process analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation that clearly reflects customer needs
- Experience serving as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Ability to develop technical documentation, process diagrams, and RACI charts
- Experience in regulated environments such as public utilities or government agencies
- Experience in a water utility is highly preferred
- Familiarity with user experience testing-automated testing experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience developing Power Apps is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in querying databases using SQL
