Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator

Location: Portland, OR- Hybrid Schedule

Client: First Tek Inc.

Duration: Full time role- Direct placement.

Rate: $48k/year on W2

Our Recruiting team is led by a Manager with over 20 years experience and our Senior Recruiting Specialists have successfully supported the IT marketplace for over a decade, and we have grown into a world class organization, with operations in major U.S. markets. Our mission is to build long-lasting relationships through successful candidate placements, to conduct business with utmost professionalism and courtesy, and to achieve rewarding business performance results.

The potential candidate will be directed by our Portland, OR Office Account Manager to work with and support assigned accounts utilizing First Tek's Job Diva Database as well as Client Vendor Management Systems.

Job Duties:

  • Assist Account Manager and join agency syncs regularly regarding new requisitions and speaking with account manager to learn about the requirements, ask questions, and strategize on recruitment.
  • Assist with Posting Job descriptions, source candidates, phone screen, submit write ups into both Job Diva ATS and Client VMS.
  • Assist in candidates prep for their interviews.
  • Send confirmation emails to new hires, collect photos, NDA, and upload them into VMS.
  • Join monthly Supplier intake sync to receive program information and updates.
  • Occasional travel to Client Site (Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR)to return equipment!

REQUIRED:

  • Candidates considered must have at a minimum 1-2 years' experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in the staffing industry!
  • Must have excellent and proficient Data Entry skills.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal guidance.
  • Must have a Car.
  • The candidate must have a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able the multi-task and assist the Sales & Recruitment Team.
  • A Background Check will be required for Badging.
  • Must have experience maneuvering through job boards such as Monster, Dice, Career Builder, etc.

Strong Plus:

  • Familiarity with any Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, etc.
  • Full-cycle recruitment all the way through offer, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
