Job Details

Requirements:
  • 10 or more years of experience in troubleshooting wired and wireless networking issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and general Microsoft administration.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments (maintenance, monitoring, patching).
  • Experience with help desk request resolution via a ticketing system.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with network switches (e.g., RuckBrocade).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to network and infrastructure incidents.
  • Perform network account onboarding and offboarding using custom scripts.
  • Assist in network rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure cleanup efforts.
  • Provide support for Microsoft administrative tasks, including Group Policy and user provisioning.
  • Assist with basic Windows Server maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Participate in Level 1 and Level 2 on-call rotation for critical site support.
  • Support documentation and inventory of network assets.
