Are you a skilled Project Manager with ERP implementation experience? We're seeking a client-facing, detail-oriented leader to manage the delivery of large-scale ERP projects in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do




  • Lead ERP software implementations from initiation through completion across multiple client engagements.




  • Define and execute project scopes, timelines, resources, budgets, and documentation.




  • Manage project handoffs between sales, implementation, and support teams.




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.




  • Track project milestones, manage change control, and prevent scope creep.




  • Facilitate internal collaboration across development, sales, and support functions.




  • Monitor project team performance and resource utilization through time tracking and reporting.






What You Bring




  • Experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations (enterprise-level preferred).




  • Proven ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects in parallel.




  • Familiarity with Agile and LEAN methodologies.




  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.




  • LBM or construction materials industry experience is a plus but not required.
