RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Level 3 / PM Support in Delray Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware support: Troubleshoot and replace laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
* System maintenance: Perform hardware upgrades, hardware disposal, manage loaner equipment, asset inventory, software inventory, remote imaging, and remote updates
* Lifecycle tasks: Handle new hire setups, terminations, relocations, and remote support
* Mobile device management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple iPads and iPhones
* Support queue management: Participate in IT support ticketing systems, assigning and prioritizing issues as needed
* Multi-level troubleshooting: Provide Tier 1-3 support for enterprise applications, local/network printing, email, connectivity, remote access, and hardware
* Device updates: Execute updates for desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
* Workstation deployment: Build, deploy, and image new desktops and laptops
* Peripheral support: Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
* Network management: Set up and manage new networks, with in-depth knowledge of networking principles and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experienced with VOIP/PBX telephony systems
* Ideally possesses intermediate experience with PowerShell for scripting and automation
* Expert-level understanding of desktops, mobile devices, office software, and networking
* Working knowledge of modern communications devices and protocols
* Must have direct, hands-on experience working within the Azure environment
* Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities in a high-demand support environment
* Excellent time management and ability to deliver results under pressure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
* Resourceful and self-sufficient-able to find solutions independently but receptive to manager guidance
* Positive & collaborative team player
* Takes initiative and ownership while working effectively with others
* Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from start to finish
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
