Manufacturing Electrical Engineer
Location: Greenwood, MS (On-site)
Direct-Hire
Salary Target: $90k-110k
Job Description:
The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will play a key role in developing and enhancing electromechanical products within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and implement quality improvements for electrical and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical systems, with experience in quality control, process improvement, and product testing, ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards for reliability and performance.
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting methods.
Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality improvement.
Experience with manufacturing process optimization and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
BonSoft Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans).
Ability to lead training initiatives and mentor manufacturing staff.
Experience working with electromechanical components in manufacturing or product development.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
