Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Lead/Architect

Duration: 6+ Months (Part-time 16 hours/week)
Location: Remote


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB) Lead/Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and associated modules, with the ability to drive complex solution design and implementation strategies. This is a strategic role aimed at delivering scalable and effective SF ONB solutions aligned with business goals.


Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Minimum 16+ years of overall SAP experience.

  • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central (EC).

  • Solid understanding of the EC Mini-Master concept and data flows.

  • Experience with 3rd party integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Certifications (Mandatory):

    • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

    • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Solution Lead/Architect for SF Onboarding 2.0 implementation.

  • Devise detailed Solution Delivery Plans and a Technical Roadmap based on business needs.

  • Analyze customer requirements and formulate an effective implementation strategy for ONB, while supporting adjacent SF modules.

  • Facilitate Process Design workshops, drive discussions, and document Business Requirements.

  • Lead the simplification, standardization, and harmonization of the To-Be solution using leading practices.

  • Define and maintain the Business Requirements List (BRL) with a focus on process-related solution needs.

  • Ensure alignment of the SF solution design with the overall To-Be Process Design.

  • Offer guidance on Leading Practices and advise on feasible workarounds for any non-standard customer needs.

  • Provide solution demonstrations to support process design and stakeholder engagement.


Preferred Skills:
  • Strong consultative and client-facing communication skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

  • Proven capability in managing complex integrations and multi-module implementations.

  • Experience working in agile or hybrid implementation methodologies
