- Subject Matter Expert by serving as a subject matter expert for select products and/or processe
- Analytics/Execution by performing impact analysis and sharing findings to help inform priority decisions and accelerate feature and user story definition and refinement
- Documentation by creating, maintaining and sharing complex business flow diagrams such as process maps, data flows, lists of controls, and test cases
- Requirements Gathering/Development by partnering with team members to ensure a thorough understanding of the relevant user stories and any viability constraints such as Legal, Compliance or RIM.
- Testing Collaboration by assisting the agile team in execution of testing as needed by the team
- Expert in writing JIRA stories and story mapping with the PO based on business flow
- Be the Voice of the Client: Provide a deep understanding of the end-user, client experience, and product capabilities to the product team when defining and delivering user value and firm outcomes.
- Production Validation
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements
- Translating business needs into technical specifications
