Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 10yrs+ Windchill Product Analyst to join our team supporting a leading U.S.-based customer. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance and sustain the organization s Windchill PLM environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep functional knowledge of Windchill, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Windchill-related initiatives, providing functional and technical support.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Windchill PLM processes and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize Windchill capabilities.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and develop solution documentation.

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Troubleshoot PLM-related issues, providing timely resolutions and performance improvements.

  • Prepare and deliver training materials and user support documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working with Windchill PLM systems.

  • Strong understanding of Windchill modules including PDMLink, Change Management, and Document Management.

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and solution delivery.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Prior experience with life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated environments preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
