Overview
Client is seeking a Sr. Business Consulting Director with hands-on SAP S/4HANA MM/IM expertise and medical device industry experience. The role involves leading full-cycle SAP implementations, aligning business processes with regulatory standards, and supporting cross-functional integration.
Responsibilities
" Lead end-to-end SAP MM and IM implementation and configuration in S/4HANA
" Analyze business needs and design solutions for procurement, inventory, and material planning
" Configure SAP MM/IM modules in line with FDA, ISO 13485, and internal standards
" Integrate MM/IM with SD, PP, QM, and WM modules
" Ensure data integrity and proper process setup in S/4HANA
" Provide expertise in traceability, lot/batch, and serial number management
" Support testing, data migration, and end-user training
" Collaborate with teams to optimize the procurement lifecycle
Requirements
" 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM and IM experience in S/4HANA
" 3+ years in the medical device industry with regulatory knowledge (FDA, ISO 13485)
" Experience with traceability, lot/batch, and serial number management
" Strong configuration skills in MM/IM processes including procurement, inventory, and stock movements
" Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
" Ability to design and implement solutions across cross-functional teams
" SAP Certification is a plus
